From this day forward

We were lucky to attend the amazing wedding of our good friends over the weekend, and as a wedding present to the happy couple we had the honour of designing their invites and wedding stationery. This began a while back with the save the dates and formal invites, and finished with producing the order of service for the ceremony and menu's, table plan and place names for the reception. 

Thanks you guys for a great day, great night and great fun, and for the shout out in the speech/wine/free bar!

Here's a peek of something we've been experimenting with, which has ended up being heart shaped again (we promise to vary our prints in the future... honest.)

Sign of the times

Driving through Yorkshire at the weekend we passed a run down dis-used pub. The building was pretty much derelict, but the hand painted sign on the front of the pub was still in pristine condition. The gold and red lettering on old wooden panels stand's off as if it were painted yesterday, especially in the spring sunshine. Mine's a pint.

'Reverie for Ranoforte' another much loved find that now adorns our walls. A perfect example of two colour print capturing a stunning coastal scene and combining it with beautiful typography - pretty much all of our favourite things in one song sheet. Cheers Melvin Lee (whoever you are).
